Plastic Free Champion
In 2022 we have been working toward becoming a plastic free champion and I am proud to say we did it. We earnt this award by changing a few things in the business and removing single use plastic, hopefully this will make a big difference to the planet. We use shredded cardboard to protect all our products when shipping, all our plastic tape has been changed to paper tape. Thick and cloudy honey with a marked floral aroma. There is a fruit tang as it first hits the palate, going grassy and alpine and finishing with a delicate floral tone. A very clean and fresh feel in the mouth.
This is a buttery and very pleasant honey. The palate delivers subtle floral tones with a gentle sweetness and a mild acidity. Delicious.
Golden honey with excellent viscosity and a floral aroma which carries on to the palate to give a wonderfully complex floral honey with great length.
